I developed a Bluetooth Proximity Marketing Software that send content to Bluetooth device on the coverage area, this is a J2SE application and runs over Ubuntu.
On the video you can watch the sofware running on a Eee PC Asus and sending an image to a mobile device.

I developed a Bluetooth Proximity Marketing Software that send content to Bluetooth device on the coverage area, this is a J2SE application and runs over Ubuntu. I developed a J2ME application too that interact with this server, in this application you can select what content download to the mobile device. You can get any kind of content (mp3, video, J2ME applications, JPG, GIF, etc).
On the video you can watch an example of how the mobile application interacts with the server requesting different contents.

Este es mi primer post. La idea de este blog es la de publicar articulos sobre los proyectos en los cuales estoy trabajando y temas tecnológicos de interes.
En este momento estoy desarrollando un motor para envío de contenidos a traves de bluetooth a dispositivos mobile.
Lo interesante de este motor es que tiene un componente de interacción, el cual sirve para que el usuario a traves de una aplicación j2me en su celular pueda seleccionar que contenidos descargar.
Durante la construccion de este motor me encontre con muchos issues que pude resolver exitosamente y en el transcurso de estos dias voy a estar escribiendo articulos sobre el tema.
